The Johns Hopkins Institute for Policy Studies (IPS) addresses social challenges through training and education of citizens at home and abroad. It has developed an extensive network of international contacts and activities, as well as close working relationships with policy officials at the national, state, and local levels. IPS researchers have developed innovative programs, grounded in state-of-the-art knowledge and practice, that are improving the lives of citizens.
