Purpose and Approach
The Pennsylvania Bureau of Juvenile Justice Services’ (BJJS) State Reintegration Program (SRP) is operated by Abraxas Youth and Family Services under a state contract. Dr. Altschuler assessed SRP in terms of its programmatic design, management structure, staffing, services, policies, and procedures. He will be offering BJJS recommendations on possible changes.
Results
Dr. Altschuler completed his assessment and offered observations and recommendations on strategy and operations to SRP leadership in an unpublished report.
