Training the leaders... of tomorrow.

JUNIOR FELLOWS

Positions as Junior Fellows are available to graduate students and young professionals below the age of 35 who are involved in urban studies research. Junior Fellows usually spend eight months (two academic semesters) at IPS, beginning in September of each year. Junior Fellows conduct a research project with cross-cultural implications related to their specific interests in urban studies and to the program’s focus on cities' growth, decline, revitalization, and the welfare of urban residents. They also may audit one or more graduate courses each semester from the offerings of Johns Hopkins.
