The Johns Hopkins Institute for Policy Studies (IPS) sponsors two
programs -- the International Fellows in Urban Studies and the International
Fellows in Philanthropy -- that bring overseas experts each year
to the Johns Hopkins University for a semester or year of research
and writing. Each international program sponsors a yearly conference
in an international city. Over 300 international experts are alumni
of these two international fellows programs.
