The Abell Award in Urban Policy is given annually to the students who author the most compelling papers on a pressing policy problem facing the City of Baltimore. First place prize is $4,000 and second place is $1,000.

Abstracts must be received by 4:00 p.m., Friday, November 16, 2007.
Final papers are due March 7, 2008. Only individuals whose completed entry form and abstract were received by the deadlines detailed above are eligible to submit a final paper.
